Nolan Troupe-Aggie of the Month

Nolan Troupe of Guernsey, Wyoming was named the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (NCTA) January Aggie of the Month.

“Nolan is a tireless worker, having given many volunteer hours in the Horticulture Systems Department, day or night.  He is always cheerful and dependable.  His ability to make others feel at ease is apparent in areas of student ambassador, sports, and various clubs.  He is always open to new ideas and opinions,” said one staff member.

One faculty member said “I am so happy to see that Nolan is getting recognized as a top student. The day that he stepped on the campus at NCTA he showed that he cared about others and wanted to be of service to people.  Nolan has continued to improve in these areas.   He has been an ideal employee since he cares to do thing right and always does his best.”
 
Nolan is a Horticulture Systems major who will graduate in May, 2007.

“Nolan is a quiet, steady person who is always there when you need him.  He is always kind to everyone.  He takes his responsibilities seriously and tries his hardest to fulfill them,” stated another staff member.

Nolan has proven himself and his qualities by being selected as the game MVP in the NCTA basketball tournament that was held the previous weekend.

After graduating from NCTA, he plans to attend the University of Wyoming to receive his Bachelor’s Degree in coaching.
