NCTA - An Accredited Institution

The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture has been granted accreditation status with the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.  The American Veterinary Medical Association accredits the Veterinary Technology program.  In addition, the College is approved to offer courses and majors for veterans benefits and training under the War Orphans Act.

Veterinary Technology Accreditation

The Veterinary Technology Program at NCTA has been fully accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA) since the early 1970s.  The next accreditation site visit is scheduled for fall of 2014.

Reaffirmation of Accreditation

The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture will be applying for reaffirmation in 2016. We have begun the self-study process and documents related to that can be accessed below.
