Riverside Animal Hospital is accepting applications for a full-time, Licensed Veterinary Technician. We are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Requirements include: certification, strong communication and computer skills, must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and must be customer service oriented. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The technician is responsible for client and patient care and for assisting the veterinarians. Responsibilities include: preparing animals for exams and surgeries, observing animal patients, collecting lab samples, taking x-rays, giving medications, injections, and treatments, and maintaining patient records.
