Request A Transcript
To request a copy of your Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (or U.N.S.T.A.) transcript:
Please send a written request with you full name, (including maiden or any other previous names), social security number, dates of attendance, and the name and address where the transcript is to be sent. Please sign the request (we cannot process without your signature).
There is no charge to request your transcript.
