Job Description/Duties
Receive and ship cattle, treat sick cattle; ride horses; mend fences; clean waterers; snow removal; clean horse barn, hospital and processing areas and any other duties required.
Qualifications or Skills Required
Must be able to follow instructions, get along well with others and work as a team. Must be 19 years of age, have a valid driver's license and qualify as insurable according to the company's insurance. Must have knowledge and understanding of cattle behaviors and be able to identify sick cattle. Proficiently ride a horse (horse provided).
Salary and Benefits
Salary is negotiable. Yearly bonus, life insurance, disability insurance, profit sharing, simple IRA, weeks paid vacation after one year employment.
