Farm Crew - Possible team leader or lead shop mechanic training for right candidate

We are a Feedyard, Farming, and Cow/Calf operation looking for a full time team member on our Farming Crew. Corn, Soybeans, and Alfalfa are our main crops. We have dryland and pivot irrigation. We do a lot of our own maintenance and repairs on farming and feedyard equipment at our main shop location. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of equipment will be required. We do feed cattle as well as farm but this position does not include day to day operations at a feedyard. We chop ryelage, corn silage, and haylage and pack it into the pits at the feedyards. We harvest high moisture corn and deliver and grind and pack into the pits at our feedyards. We have a manure sales program so we haul and apply manure from our feedyard locations. We do our own spraying as well. This is a position that could lead into any type of team leader or shop leader position for the right candidate after proper experience and training.
Applicant must be a self starter and able to work on a team or alone.
Must be able to multi-task and change tasks quickly and efficiently.
Must have a valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 3 years.
Must be able to use a computer and smartphone for record keeping and task tracking.
Experience operating and maintaining equipment or be able to be trained.
Good communication skills verbally and written.
