Job Description/Duties
Assist in planting, spraying, harvest, repair work, servicing pivots and all other duties as required.
Qualifications or Skills Required
Must be able to follow instructions, get along well with others and work as a team. Must be 19 years of age, have a valid driver's license and qualify as insurable according to the company's insurance. CDL is preferred but not required. Need knowledge/ability to operate tractors, loader, semi and other farm equipment
Salary and Benefits
Salary is negotiable. Yearly bonus, $100,000 life insurance policy, disability insurance, and a week paid vacation after one year employment.
