Arrow Seed in Broken Bow, Nebraska is looking for an Inside Seed Sales/Farm Store Manager to join their team! Arrow Seed distributes a very diverse line-up of forage legumes, grasses and small grain seeds, conditions seed, sells food plots and cover crops. Along with selling seed they sell retail fencing, gardening, lawn supplies and much more! Arrow Seed distributes in Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado and South Dakota and does online sales across the US for food plots and grasses.

Arrow Seed is looking for an Inside Seed Sales/Farm Store Manager who can provide excellent customer service and has a good understanding and knowledge of the products. The Inside Seed Sales/Farm Store Manager must be organized and have the ability to multi-task. A degree in Horticulture or Agronomy is preferred but not required.

Inside Seed Sales/Farm Store Manager Job Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service for retail and wholesale customers
• Promptly serve customers that walk in or call in
• Manage the Retail Sales team
• Inventory Management
• Ordering
• Pricing retail products
• Ability to use the computer and Microsoft office products
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, rotating weekends

Compensation:
• $50,000-$70,000 per year based on experience
• Commission based on net margin
