Job Description/Duties:
Buckley Steel located in Ainsworth, Nebraska is a respected leader in the agriculture industry for building, servicing and renovating large farm grain facilities, commercial grain systems and feed mills in Nebraska, South Dakota, and eastern Colorado.
Buckley Steel is hiring a Millwright Supervisor.
Job duties include:
· Managing a team of Millwright employee's to accomplish daily goals
· Assist with scheduling and purchasing materials
· Reading blueprints and erection manuals
· Communication with customers and vendors on a daily basis
· Assist with erecting buildings, grain bins and feed mills
· Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
· General repairs and maintenance on equipment
· Metal fabrication and welding
· Operating machinery, boom truck and crane truck
Qualifications or Skills Required:
The ideal applicant would be a good communicator and provide excellent customer service. They must be a team player and have the ability to think outside the box. The Millwright Supervisor will have the opportunity for ownership within Buckley Steel if they desire.
A Commercial Driver's License is preferred but not required.
The Millwright will travel to customer locations 60% of the time and work out of the home office in Ainsworth 40% of the time.
Compensation: $30-40 per hour and an incentive plan for traveling.
