Job Description/Duties:
All phases of livestock production. Care and feeding of all livestock. Operation and maintenance of all livestock equipment and facilities. All phases of crop and hay production. Operation and maintenance of all crop and hay equip0ment and facilities. May have some travel and overnight travel to remote campus work sites. All other jobs as assigned. Construction, repair, remodel, maintenance work on buildings and facilities. We will need help next year after your internship. We have a good crew of hard working students. We work hard, but we have fun while we are doing it. We are the elite crew on campus. Come join us.
Qualifications or Skills Required:
We can train you if you don't have livestock or equipment experience. What we do require is that you show up at appointed times. We start sometimes at 4:00 am to go to remote sites. Livestock has to be fed starting at 5:00 am. We work hard. We are the elite crew on campus. If you are a hard worker and can have fun while working, come join us.
Salary and Benefits:
For any times school isn't in session you can work 40 hours a week. $9.00 per hour. When school is in session, students can only work 20 hours per week. We can provide you with a dorm room on your internship.
