USDA Program Technician - Kearney, NE.

USDA Farm Service Agency in Nebraska is seeking to fill three full-time, permanent Program Technician positions, one each at the Buffalo-Sherman County FSA office in Kearney, at the Holt-Boyd County FSA office in O’Neill, and at the Red Willow County FSA office in McCook.

The selectees for the farm programs Program Technician positions will be responsible for carrying out office activities to provide technical assistance and program support so farmers and ranchers can understand and access FSA program benefits. Basic requirements include general office clerical work, record keeping, computer ability, organizational skills and good public relations skills. The selectees will utilize various types of computer systems to maintain producer data and process program forms and information. The selectees will work directly with farmers, ranchers and land owners as part of an office team approach.
