Job Description/Duties
Parks Veterinary is looking for a licensed technician to join our team. We are a growing, progressive companion animal practice with six doctors in a brand new, state of the art facility. Our practice offers spays, neuters, dental cleanings, orthopedic surgeries, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital radiology, laser therapy, and acupuncture. Our facility has heated outdoor artificial turf, an indoor pool (used for fun and rehab), heated floors in the boarding runs, and an indoor artificial turf daycare area. Qualifications or Skills Required
Technicians are expected to perform the full range of duties associated with companion animal care. This includes hospital care, surgical assistance, anesthesia, dental cleaning, lab work, and exam assistance.
Excellent communication skills as a primary point of contact on intake, discharge, and a range of other client communications.
Initiative and a positive influence on team dynamics.
A current Nebraska Veterinary Technician's license.
Experience preferred
