Position Title: Veterinary Technician
Position Type: Part time to almost full time

Job Description/Duties:
Primarily Small Animal clinic: Exam room, surgery room, client care, laboratory work, radiography, dental
Clinic is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - all day. On Wednesday, only open between 10am and 2pm.
Rare afterhours/weekend duties - clinic is not an emergency hospital
Qualifications or Skills Required:
Most important skill: client and phone handling. We are NOT looking for a receptionist, but we are committed our clients. Each client is talked to, they must understand diagnosis and medications, and phones are answered promptly by any staff available (if receptionist is on other line or otherwise busy)
Second most important skill is in surgical/anesthetized patient monitoring.
Basic technician skills in the surgery prep, laboratory and exams are needed.
