STUDENT LIFE MANAGER
This is an on campus live-in position. Oversee NCTA housing operations that consist of four on-campus residence halls. Manage and maintain discipline among all residents. Perform administrative tasks related to the annual evaluation of housing revenue and fees, and generation of various reports for other departments. Administer and responsible for housing contracts and all related. During holiday periods, serve as a member of the on-call professional duty staff and respond to emergency and crisis situations. Oversee the operation of Student Union and the student activities and intramural programs. Administer and reconcile operations budgets. Coordinate student activity workers and intramural officials and activities with various booking agencies. Oversee the compliance of student organizations with University policies. Coordinate annual training for all student organizations. Process deposits and payment requests for recognized student organizations. Staff and recruit student staff for NCTA Residence Life and Student Activities/Intramurals. Responsible for operating budgets of the Residence Halls, Student Union, and Student Activities. Work closely with the Business Manager and NCTA accounting on funds management. Oversee and manage the resident life and student activities web page and/or other related social media. Coordinate and sponsor Residence Life events. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Associate Dean. Criminal history background check is required.
