Devise and carry out a plan/strategy to develop and maintain contacts with qualified prospective students for the purpose of recruiting them to NCTA. Provide guidance, communication, promotional information, consultation and assistance to schools/colleges, organizations, agencies and communities involved in the education and recruitment of potential students. Extensive travel required with some irregular hours, which includes nights and weekends. Some lifting is necessary to set up recruiting booths.
