Student Grievance Reporting

The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture does not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, and/or political affiliation in its programs, activities, or employment.

If you feel you have been subjected to discrimination based on any of these protected classes, please fill out this form. All complaints or grievances will be directed to the Associate Dean’s office,  who will examine the situation, discuss the issues with the involved personnel, implement the appropriate remedy, and inform those involved of the outcome within a reasonable period of time. Examples of grievances can include (but not limited to) Title IX, ADA or disability harassment, and discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, or national origin.
