Job Description/Duties:
We are a busy 2 doctor, small animal practice located in South Lincoln. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to work full-time Monday-Friday, no weekend hours. Duties include but are not limited to: *assisting in patient exams and surgeries *performing dental cleanings, nail trims and anal gland expressions *diagnostic testing (lab work, x-rays) *providing client education *administering medications and treatments *performing hydro and laser therapies *restraining animals *much more!
Qualifications or Skills Required:
This individual must:
- Have valid/current veterinary technician license
- Have a Driver's License or reliable form of transportation
- Be professional, compassionate, reliable, motivated, hardworking, dedicated, flexible and outgoing.
Salary & Benefits:
$15/hour to start. *There is an opportunity to make more hourly if willing to take on some inventory management.
Perks: No weekends, paid holidays & vacation, sick leave, IRA, no cleaning at night (we have cleaning staff)
