Request for (Free) Tutoring Services

Tutoring is available for most but not all classes. Remember, your primary source of information and help is your instructor. Students who receive tutoring services are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

  • Attend class regularly. (Tutoring supplements, not replaces, class time.)
  • Show up to scheduled tutoring appointments. (If you must cancel an appointment, notify the tutor immediately.)
  • Be prepared for the tutoring session. (Bring your assignment and course materials with you.)
  • Sign a tutor timesheet following each tutoring session.

The Writing Center is located in Ag Hall 21 and is generally open for walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. However, appointments are recommended to ensure  a tutor is available.

Tutoring for Ag Business classes can be arranged by contacting Mary Rittenhouse at mrittenhouse2@unl.edu or 367-5275.

Tutoring for all other subjects can be arranged by submitting the form below or contacting Kevin Martin at kmartin4@unl.edu or 367-5217.
