Lincoln, Neb. – The “Ice Out” Shooting Sports Competition in Lincoln Saturday proved challenging for collegiate sports enthusiasts.

Aggie Shooting Sports Team members from the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture of Curtis faced rigorous competitors and some frigid conditions at the sport which drew students from throughout the Midwest.

Host Midland University of Fremont won the contest, and entered 25 of the 127 individual competitors. Students were from 14 colleges and six states.

Grand Island, Neb. – Shooting sports competitors with the NCTA Aggies finished their fall season at Grand Island over the weekend in matches for collegiate rankings.

The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture team placed ninth among 14 teams which competed at Heartland Shooting Park in the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) Clay Target Championships.
