Arrow Seed in Broken Bow, NE is looking for a Retail Clerk for our Ag Store / Lawn and Garden Center.
You will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the retail store, coordination of and maintenance of rental seed drills, fertilizer application and participating in educational meetings for customers.
Bachelor's or Associates degree in Ag or Business and previous sales experience is preferred.
Ag or Horticulture experience as well as passing the State Fertilizer Applications Test is required.
Must have good people, sales and organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Mechanical skills are helpful and must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to work Saturdays, lift 50 lbs and work overtime when required.
This is an hourly position and compensation is dependent on background, experience and ability.
