Applicant will be able to operate computer controlled liquid loading system, operation of manual and air-actuated valve loading system. Will have knowledge of fertilizer analysis and ability to create blends to meet customer needs. Inventory management and communication. Knowledge of Crop Protection products and their ability to mix with fertilizer products. Maintenance and care of all facilities and equipment within the plant. Management of work orders to efficiently complete jobs for customers.
Students interested in an Internship may apply, also.
Applicant will need to have math skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills. Ability to work seasonal hours that require overtime to accomplish work goals.
Experience not necessary but willing to train the right person, CDL preferred but not necessary to apply for position.
Wage depends on years of experience and history of quality of work.
