Job Description

  • Reports to: Executive Sales Team
    Overview:
    We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support & Business Development
    Associate to work directly alongside our executive sales leadership. This hybrid role bridges
    business development and sales assistance—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast
    paced environment, loves follow-up conversations, and knows how to spot a revenue
    generating opportunity.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Sourcing & Qualification: Proactively research and identify potential revenue
    based leads through online databases, industry publications, and inbound activity.
    • Outbound Follow-Ups: Make consistent follow-up calls and emails to warm and
    cold leads to support ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, notes, and
    touchpoints in the CRM system; ensure the executive team has up-to-date
    information for meetings and follow-through.
    • Pipeline Support: Track deal progress and help remove obstacles or delays by
    facilitating internal communication and task coordination.
    • Sales Material Preparation: Assist in the creation and organization of proposals,
    presentations, and follow-up documents.
    • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm sales meetings, follow-up calls, and
    demos, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared.
    • Client Touchpoints: Conduct light customer outreach to maintain engagement,
    gather feedback, and nurture early-stage relationships.
    • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and
    potential new markets to support strategic outreach.

    • A strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone and via email
    • Naturally curious and resourceful, someone who enjoys digging into lead lists and
    finding opportunities
    • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping projects
    moving
    • Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Able to adapt quickly and support a variety of sales initiatives
    • Previous experience in sales support, business development, or administrative
    sales roles preferred

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
