General Farm Ranch Labor. Help with day to day operations on our diverse operation. Large range of jobs from running farm machinery, to calving cows, to help make biology to apply to farm fields, and anything in-between. We are a diverse row crop cow calf operation who is really trying to step back from the most recent way of doing things and do things more aligned with how the earth was initially created and let it naturally heal its self with cover crop mixes year around and with long rest periods after dense grazing. We continue to learn daily.
Self-motivated individual with a passion to see jobs through and to observe what they see who can communicate effectively while keeping up with day to day tasks. Experience isn't necessary will train the right person but helpful.
$16-$20 per hour based on experience
