Job Description/Duties:
Buckley Steel located in Ainsworth, Nebraska is a respected leader in the agriculture industry for building, servicing and renovating large farm grain facilities, commercial grain systems and feed mills in Nebraska, South Dakota, and eastern Colorado.
Buckley Steel is hiring a Millwright team member!
Job duties include:
· Reading blueprints and erection manuals
· Assist with erecting buildings, grain bins and feed mills
· Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
· General repairs and maintenance on equipment
· Metal fabrication and welding
· Operating machinery, boom truck and crane truck
Qualifications or Skills Required:
The ideal applicant would be a good communicator and provide excellent customer service. They must be a team player and have the ability to think outside the box. The Millwright team members usually work in groups of 2-8 on specific projects.
A Commercial Driver's License is preferred but not required.
The Millwright will travel to customer locations 60% of the time and work out of the home office in Ainsworth 40% of the time.
Compensation: $18-25 per hour and an incentive plan for traveling.
