Angela Crouse of Haigler led the Aggie women with 239 points.

Shawn Barger of Wahoo had high score for the Aggie men with 251 points.

“The team did well,” said Aggie coach Alan Taylor. ”There were 160 students from 12 schools."

Other Aggie shooters in order of scores were:

Korbin Moore, Gothenburg

David Jelkin, Juanita

Jarrod Tuttle, Eltopia, Washington

Trevor Kuhn, Omaha

Kaylee Hostler, Central City, and

Chase Stanley, Sutton

“As we focus on the basics of clay shooting -- stance, determining break point, hold point and focus, we will continue to improve,” Coach Taylor added.

The Aggies travel next weekend, Oct. 13-14 to the Heartland Shooting Park in Grand Island for a match hosted by Hastings College.

Their annual “Pheasant Season Tune-up” open to the public is the following week on Oct. 20 at the Curtis Gun Club.
