CURTIS, Neb. – Aggie students help oversee campus life in the residence halls at the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture.

The 12 resident assistant who live in and supervise campus housing are student employees at the Aggie community.

The resident assistants advising Aggies in their “home-away-from-home” for the spring semester are:

Morgan Curran, Holdrege; Sadie Christensen, Arnold; Lennae Eisenmenger, Humphrey; Kaytie Henrickson, Norton, Kansas; Emily Hubbell, Lexington; Rosa Jurado, Omaha; Kyler Kroeger, Doniphan; C.J. Monheiser, Hershey; Jordan Phroper, Falls City; KayLee Rasmussen, Burwell; Logan Van Anne, Gering and Damian Wellman, Prairie View, Kansas.

They coordinate student activities and assist Resident Life Coordinator Erika Arambula with the campus population of about 175 students this spring semester, a slight decrease from the fall semester.

“I appreciate this wonderful team of students working with the Residence Life programs here at NCTA,” said Arambula. “They each contribute to a safe and enjoyable campus experience for all students.”

NCTA residence assistants are employees, with room and board provided in exchange for their responsibilities of supervising campus residents.

Kaytie Henricksen, Emily Hubbell and CJ Monheiser are new RA’s this spring, said Arambula.

Veterinary technicians and other students who have their spring internship experience leave campus housing the final eight weeks, or longer, of the academic year.
