Custodian II (3pm-12:00am, Sun-Thur)

NEBRASKA COLLEGE OF TECHNICAL AGRICULTURE (NCTA)
Perform routine work in cleaning and general upkeep of NCTA campus buildings and outdoor spaces. Scrub, strip, refinish and polish floors using heavy industrial-type powered scrubbing and buffing machines. Vacuum and clean carpets using industrial-type vacuum cleaners and carpet extractors. Mix cleaning solution per instruction. Collect and dispose of refuse requiring heavy physical efforts. Remove snow and ice from steps of immediate building area(s). Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally more while moving furniture or setting up tables and chairs for special events.
Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday. Must be flexible to work during other employee leave absences (all shifts) on a rotating basis and weekends as may be assigned.
