Year in school and major?
I am in my third year at NCTA and will be graduating this December. I am double majoring in Diversified Ag and Ag Business.
What are your plans after college?
After college, I will be working at Agricultural Services in Emmet, Nebraska. There, I will be scouting crops and helping farmers decide what to use to fertilize fields and meadows. Along with this, I will be helping my dad on our family ranch where we run 400+ Black Angus, plus taking care of my own herd of 20 Black Angus cows.
What organizations, clubs, and teams are you involved with at NCTA?
My first two years of college I was in Women in Ag and Collegiate Cattlemen. Unfortunately, since I am graduating in December I am not a part of any clubs this semester.
What did you want to be when you were 10 years old?
When I was 10, I always dreamed that I would be a rancher and take over our family ranch.
What is your proudest moment? Either in life or at NCTA.
My proudest moment at NCTA has been making the Dean’s List every semester so far.
Do you have a favorite quote or piece of life advice that you live by?
