I have a great deal of industry experience in both small business and agricultural management and finance. My approach to teaching emphasizes real world applications that business managers face in making financial decisions. I encourage discussion to develop and present problems for students to solve that are challenging and thought provoking, emphasizing real world conditions similar to what I have experienced as a small business/agricultural lender in the Agribusiness Management courses I instruct.
