Internship
We are a 900 cow calf ranch that is operated on two different ranches about 20 miles apart; We spring calve our own cattle and have take in cattle that we set up for embryo transfer several times a year for a registered herd; we put up ALOT of hay in big round bales off of meadows, there is no crop land other than meadow hay; We use horses for the majority of cattle work. We also have some brood mares and raise a few colts every year through AI. We also have some chickens and goats if anyone cares... ;)There would be fence repair, cattle work, hay production and other general care of the ranch duties.
