The NCTA Shotgun Sports Team gives students the chance to train and compete in trap, skeet, and sporting clays. Team members build their shooting skills and take part in meets across the region and nation. The team welcomes both new and skilled shooters.
New to shooting sports? No problem. Experienced shooters are welcome, too. Join the team to learn, compete, and improve your skills.
What You Will Do
- Practice trap, skeet, and sporting clays
- Train weekly at the Curtis range
- Compete in collegiate shooting events
- Build accuracy, consistency, and shooting technique

- Regional collegiate shoots
- Concordia meet (Nebraska)
- NCTA hosted competitions
