| Capital K Farms is looking for an experienced Farm Hand to join their family Farm Operation in Cozad, Nebraska. The Farm Hand must be hard working, detail-oriented, and have the ability to solve problems independently. Farm Hand Primary Job Duties: • Assist with planting • Irrigating • Assist with harvest: running combine and grain cart • Driving semi-truck • Unloading grain bins • Operating tillage and cultivating equipment • Successfully use GPS while operating equipment • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment Farm Hand schedule: Hours vary based on the season • Regular hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Busy season: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating weekends for irrigating. A Class A CDL is not required, but preferred. The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
