The NCTA Veterinary Technician Option meets the following Nebraska requirement - A veterinary technician is a person who has graduated from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technician School or program, and has a passing score on the Veterinary Technician Examination (VTNE).
Veterinary Technicians in Nebraska are licensed through the Department of Health and Human Services – DHHS. Each state has its own Licensing Board requirements.
