The Maschhoffs is excited to offer 10 internship opportunities for students to join us this summer for a 12-week internship. Our program pairs students with managers and leaders for a one-on-one mentoring experience, providing unparalleled hands-on learning and interaction. Interns will complete both individual and team projects while gaining exposure to multiple areas of a large-scale swine production system. The summer internship application deadline is October 16th.
I have also attached a flyer for our Leadership Experience Externship (LEE program) that will take place January 7-9th 2026. This three-day leadership experience offers a view inside a large family-owned and operated swine business. This program provides opportunity to learn about overview of our company and careers available in agriculture, developing solution to real-world management scenarios, professional development, networking and more! This application will be published and accepting applications October 20th through November 14th.
