  • Illnesses: Cough, cold, sore throat, fever, flu and allergies.
  • Injuries: Minor cuts, bruises, sprains and burns.
  • Other concerns: Headaches, stomach pain, asthma, pink eye, UTIs, skin conditions, motion sickness and more.
     

Hours:
Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Holidays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
 

Cost of Care:
•This service is provided by your student fees.
•You will need to enter insurance information, but you will not be billed for services.

 

What to expect during a virtual visit:

  1. Download the app and get started today
  2. OR start a visit from your computer by logging into the One Chart | Patient web portal.
  3. During your visit: Review your health history, medications and symptoms with the provider.
  4. Requirements: You must be in Nebraska during your appointment and have your camera on.
  5. Queue system: After scheduling, you’ll enter a queue and will be seen as soon as the next doctor is available.
  6. Consent for minors: Students under 19 may need a parent or guardian’s consent for treatment.
