Job Description
- Ditchriders are responsible for the safe, practical, and efficient delivery of water through district canals, laterals, and sub-laterals. A ditchrider will maintain control at the location of delivery, rate of delivery, and duration of delivery to insure equitable service.
The primary responsibility of all Damtenders is to establish and maintain a steady diversion of water from the North Loup River through the district's diversion works into the district's canal system in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications or Skills Required
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License before start date.
Posses willingness to learn and work within a team to accomplish daily tasks.
