Job Description
- Work on a organic operation raising organic grass-finished beef. Low maintenance calving spring and fall cow herds with rotational grazing on irrigated pasture and rangeland using regenerative practices. We grow organic popcorn and cover crops in rotation with irrigated grass used to graze and hay for winter feed.
Qualifications or Skills Required
Operate farm equipment for growing hay and popcorn.
Low stress cattle handling.
Moving fence to rotate cattle.
Maintenance and mechanical skills a plus.
Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
