At Reinke Manufacturing, we’ve been a trusted leader in innovative center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems since 1954. As a family-owned company rooted in agriculture, we’re passionate about helping growers worldwide maximize yields with reliable, cutting-edge technology.
We’re seeking a motivated Technical Service Trainer to join our Technical Services Group. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with experienced trainers and engineers to deliver exceptional product knowledge, hands-on technical support, and world-class training to our global dealer network.
Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality technical training for dealer technicians—creating content and leading virtual and in-person hands-on training sessions on operation, service, and troubleshooting of all Reinke irrigation systems (new and legacy models)
Bring your real-world field perspective to product testing and development projects—including machine-to-machine communications, electrical/electronic control and power systems, software/hardware integration, and mechanical/structural aspects of water management systems.
Help design and execute test plans while applying strong hands-on electrical and mechanical skills
Act as a key ambassador for Reinke, building strong relationships with dealers and end-users through professional demeanor and exceptional communication
Qualifications or Skills Required
Qualifications
Associate degree (or 3+ years equivalent experience) in electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, or a related technical field.
Proven hands-on experience with electrical/electronic circuits, components, systems, and mechanical equipment (agricultural or irrigation background is highly valued)
Fully computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating training materials and documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset, demonstrated through real examples
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—essential for teaching groups, building relationships, and creating clear content
Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge about innovative irrigation technologies
Willingness to travel (domestic and international)—valid passport and clean driver’s license required
Bonus: Multilingual abilities or some familiarity with software programming would be distinct advantages
Why Join Reinke?
You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative team that values quality, trust, and grower success. This role offers real variety: hands-on fieldwork, exposure to cutting-edge tech (like smart controls and precision systems), creative content development, and the chance to directly influence product performance in the field. If you’re passionate about agriculture, technology, and empowering others to succeed, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and help us build the future of irrigation—one pivot at a time.
