Student Job - Finish Motor Grader Operator - D

Adams Construction specializes in heavy highway construction and all types of grading. They are family owned and headquartered out of Arapahoe, Nebraska.

Finish Motor Grader Operator Job Duties: 
• Operate a CAT M-Series Motor Grader with Trimble GPS: Mastless Earthworks System
• Maintain the Cut, and Fill 
• Trim road tops to grade 
• Shoulder Highways and finish work on site development 
• Finish jobs to meet requirements and expectations

Finish Motor Grader Operator Compensation and Benefits: 
• $22.50-$24.50 per hour based on experience 
• Overtime paid for hours worked over 8 hours PER day
• The tax free Per Diem is pro-rated from your distance to the job location. 
• Health Insurance – Paid 60% by the employer
• Life Insurance – Paid 100% by the employer 
• Short Term Disability – Paid 100% by the employer

Finish Motor Grader Operator Work Schedule: 
• Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
• Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
• The work schedule may vary based on projects
