Non-Resident Applicants

Admissions Requirements:

Students must have a high school degree or equivalent and attempted one of the following tests: ACT, SAT, Accuplacer, or ASSET.  Scores of 18 or higher on the ACT (or equivalent) will allow students to enroll directly to college-level courses.

NCTA does not require a set number of high school courses to be admitted to the college.  We do, however, recommend that students complete as many math, science, and English courses as possible to help ensure success while on our campus.

Select one of the admit types below to complete your application:

Freshman Non-Resident - A high school graduate or equivalent attending college for the first time from any state other than Nebraska.

Transfer Non-Resident - A student who has previously attended another college/university after high school graduation from any state other than Nebraska.
