Dean’s Council is a collaborative body which makes decisions regarding institutional policy, priorities, budgeting, and strategic plan implementation. Dean’s Council also advises the Dean on potential new initiatives or institutional issues to be addressed. Dean’s Council is composed of all members of Executive Council, the president of the Faculty Senate, the president of Staff Senate, AVMA Program Director, Director of Online Learning, Director of Transfer Programs, Business Office Manager, Facilities Manager, two student represenatives (first year and second year voted by Student Senate).
